Bangkok to Chiang Mai Destination Reviews

PF
It was awful. Details were not clear about the bad quality of the train we were taking. If id have know that, I’d have never taken the train or have paid higher price to get a decent service. No windows at all in the train. Seats further than uncomfortable… small space in between each other. Even bending your knees, you hit the person in front’s knees. Twice I thought to get off of the train in the next stop. It was that bad. Not even a good memory.

Overall very positive experience! We took train 9, which is pretty modern and has a western-style tiolet. Although a lot of light was coming through the curtain of the upper bunk, I managed to sleep a few hours. I would recommend!

The tickets arrived at the hotel on time and were at reception. The train station is huge with many places to eat and drink. There are ATMs available and storage for your luggage which we used. The train ride was great as were the attendants. It was a really nice trip. Thank you Go.Asia!

I thought the meals in the train were inclouded in the price. A small coffee for nearly 200 Bahrt is quite a lot money. The Waggons were really cold and you could not switch the lights off or down a little bit. The wake up two hours earlier from the end of the trip was too early. Do you charge 7€ for the booking that is also quit a lot. Thank you for this survey.

I was barely able to fit in the sleeper bed and, as a result, had trouble resting.
